Oratz Tool

We recently did another project using the Oratz Tool. The tool helped us analyze a professional staffing agency. The staffing agency was paying high agency and overtime fees. We took the Oratz tool and plugged in the needed information such as staffing, vendors, billing, hours and many other metrics. The tool helped maximize employee usage and minimze overttime and use of agency. We owe alot to Yehuda Oratz the maker and founder of the tool. It took very little time and once used we were able to measure substansial ROI.
